Title: Yoga and Well-being Research Study
What’s Involved?
- 6-week Yoga Program: Attend weekly yoga classes specifically designed for newcomers. You’ll experience the transformative potential of Ashtanga Yoga in a supportive and encouraging environment.
- Pre and Post-Assessments: Complete simple self-report questionnaires before and after each class to help us evaluate the effects of yoga on stress, depression, and anxiety levels.

Who Can Participate?
- Yoga Newbies: Individuals with little to no prior yoga experience!
- Aged 18+: You need to be over 18 to join.
Venue: Elysium Wellness Centre
Time: 6-7pm or 7-8pm Fridays for 6 weeks
