I teach beginners yoga classes in Newry in various locations. No matter your age or body type, the beginners classes are suitable for everyone. Complete beginners are especially welcome. The classes are organized in four-week blocks, providing a structured and progressive learning experience. However, if you already have some yoga experience, I also offer drop-in options. Private Yoga & Groups
I cater to a diverse range of abilities, ensuring that everyone can find their unique path to wellness and mindfulness. Private yoga sessions are customized to meet your individual needs and goals. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, I’ll tailor each session to suit your abilities and aspirations. I currently don’t have the space for private sessions, if you have space at home I can travel to you.
